New range questions

Hi guys,
Mt brother and I are IHMSA shooters. We started in 2014. This year we started informal silhouette matches at our local club. Open to anything rimfire. We have 3/8 size and 1/5 size targets on pull rope reset. This winter I hope to put together 1/2 size targets for pistol cartridge. Being IHMSA guys we have targets set at 25, 50, 75 & 100 yards. Pistol cartridge would be in meters.
We have been kicking around the idea of being sanctioned. I have seen pull rope targets at IHMSA ranges but I haven't been to an NRA range that wasn't all free standing targets. I can move the targets to NRA distances. I have also thought about having 2 banks of chickens. 1 at 25 and 1 at 40. That way we could accommodate either. I have to look into distance tolerance for the other 3 animals. I would like to find a happy medium to cover both.
A couple questions to start:
Are pull rope targets allowed for NRA?
Is there an NRA course of fire for 3/8 size targets?
We have had 5 matches this year. For 1 match there was rain in the forecast so turnout was light but for the others we had entries in the 30's so hopefully adding PC targets would increase the number of entries.
Thanks for any input in advance.
