I looked and I think these are not in the new VX3I production line. I saw this mentioned on another forum.

That discussion is going on in the Scope and rings section. Leupold technical says a updated version of this EFR scope will be available mid-2016. Perhaps somebody else should call Leupold technical to verify and see if all the technical people are consistent with this answer. If enough people call it will probably become a priority to produce to the scope.
