My comrade and I were discussing the prospect of hosting a smallbore silhouette regional at our club here in Missouri. Before we can get really started we need to know 2 things 1) Is there any real interest AND 2) what time of year suits most everyone. We do a decent High Power match and would aim to do the same for Small bore

. So post some clues

Snake,
I live in Western North Carolina and our State Matches (in the Southeast) are done in August, so sometime in the Fall would be GREAT! You would need to keep an eye on your weather, so it would be FUN to attend for those in Warm Weather states. September would be a pretty good time, I think.
I would certainly be interested in attending about then. I have family in Eureka and could use this match as an excuse to visit.
It is about an 8 hour drive for me to go to the STL area. I did 11 to go to Nationals, so 8 is not so bad!

Not shooting HP just yet - wife and I help our youngest keep his son on weekends, and
Shooting Sallbore Silhouette 2x per month including being Match Director in one match, and
Running the Smallbore Silhouette Target business, and
oh yeah - a Day job.
So for now, I've decided to stay married!!!
One of these days though. . .
I mean I'll start shooting HP (and stay married)!!! Just have to figure out HOW!
