Lapua graciously donated 20 bricks of ammunition to participants in the 2015 LAPUA World Cup of Silhouette to be awarded by drawing. The drawing was held in Winnsboro this weekend at the LAPUA Winnsboro Open. 12 of the 20 winners were in attendance and took their Lapua certificates on the spot (and I didn't write down the names). I will mail Lapua certificates to the other 8 winners, who are:
