Congratulations to my little sister Cathy Winstead-Severin on setting a new national record this weekend at The Ironman Match in Missoula, Montana. Her score of 38/40 beat the old record that has stood for the last 20 years. I guess that little 6mm can knock over rams after all.

Congrats Cathy! It was fun watching the scores pile up. She actually broke 2 records, one for the 38 and the other for the 2 day aggregate. I'm not positive what the 2 day aggregate was, I think maybe 73? Or somewhere around there.

I watched Cathy shoot the impressive 38, she started on the chickens and cleaned all the animals until she missed number 6 turkey. She missed number 6 or 7 ram. I was the first person to know how well she shot. In case some of you are wondering, my job was the score keeper for Scott Dahms on the same relay Cathy shot.
Congratulations Cathy on your new national record and another Iron Man win.
