shouldnt say anyting i teeter around 300 sexy pounds and he has 5" on me. i received my vest 2 minutes ago sitting at my work pc....wearing it right now. they aint cheap, got to get ones return on investment, it is very nice! i have 2 wedding to go to theis summer........maybe
