Dave, at least one of us is going to have to go ahead a day and let him know we are coming....I don't think he was prepared for that many oysters to go out at once.

Yeh, as I recall, he was a little short on a lot of stuff. Do you remember the name of the place and the town? I like to drive out Thursdays. If I can get Crackers to leave a lot earlier in the morning we could practice Thursday afternoon and go see the Chef Thursday evening. We'd have to give him some idea of how many people might be coming.

Don't remember the name, but I can get there no problem.....Look for the grill 18" from the road!!!
We can leave Crakcers behind if we have to.
Yeah, the annoying message is gone. Thanks Mordecai and BTW heard from some of the El Paso group that they haven't been let on SC yet...

That's get Crackers to leave home earlier, not leave Pe Ell earlier. He works for a school district and I guess the district is tight with the hours off. Thus he always wants to drive 14 hours the day before a match and then leave minutes afterward. He's a great guy, just needs a bit if barley or potatoe extract to calm him down a touch.

Raymond, WA, that's it! I tried to look at it on Google Map but I can't get a high resolution image. Must be a classified area. What, them Left Wing, Mossbacks don't want rednecks eating their oysters or what?

Lots of luck getting crackers to leave anywhere on time. When he says he is going to leave early, he means it won't be dark yet when he is ready. If he says he will be late he means closer to midnight.

What you realy need to do is tell him you want to leave the night before and then pick him up in his driveway early the next morning. It will still be after 8am when he's ready.
