With the addition of Kirk Kubicki and Mike Estes, after July 15 we can handle/accept only 5 more entries,,,,single rifle ONLY (standard or hunter not both)....Sorry.

If their are any openings for two gun I would like to shoot both, if someone is wanting to come and shoot just one gun I would let them have the open position Thanks Mike Estes

Bob,
I could be confused but it seems that some of those single -gun slots could be turned into two-gun slots without adding a relay with some rearranging of the shooting order. Instead of shooting the double guns in relays 1-4 and the single gun in relay 5, the odd man could shoot standard on relay 3 at one station and relay 5 at another. So it would work like this: say Joe and Dee are both double entries squadded together on chicken station one and Jerry and Dustin are both double entries squadded together on chicken station 2. Mike is a single entry but wants to shoot both guns. It could be shot like this:
Relay 1 - joe standard, Dustin standard
Relay 2 - Dee standard, Jerry standard
Relay 3 - Mike standard, Dustin Hunter
Relay 4 - joe hunter, Jerry Hunter
Relay 5 - Dee hunter, Mike Hunter
Mike may have to have a different spotter for each rifle but he could shoot both.
Dustin

I have more than the folks you use in your example ( there are 12 positions per relay) and I have a lot of single gun entries. With the single gun entries mixed in I don't believe that I can eliminate single entry openings...think about it

And I have to be selective on who shoots the center 10 targets....being careful to assure that the neighbor doesn't get a visit from Mr Match king sent by some newbie. Furthermore even the single rifle entries have their shooting companion so accommodations have to be made......I actually thought my way through this within these restrictions...honest!

I know you did! Just thought there may be a way to get a few folks shooting two rifles who otherwise could not. See you Friday!

If we could, within time constraints, go to 6 relays (72 slots) then I could pick up a few more two gun shooters. But we 'd be shooting early to late on Saturday or we go to 80 rounds vs. 120 per gun. I still have a bunch of single gun entries

Remember on Friday no non member shoots without a member being present....OMalley or Joe Meyer should be there. If you are an NRA certified RSO then you may control the line. Members have priority until Saturday....what they say goes. I will be in and out delivering stuff and losing my mind

Dustin...I prefer 120 and that's they way it will be. FYI...lunch on Saturday will be Bratwursts, Andouille.hot polish. salsiccia, chips and all the water . coke zero , sprite you can drink. Dinner will be bbq pork steaks marinated in red wine with or without bbq sauce as you see it, potato salad, green beans, bbq beans, double chocolate brownies and whatever else Lisa has in mind. Great conversation our comrades and ?

Other than the water , beverage, chips everything else is not industrial...Brats, Andouille, polish from G& W German Sausage Company. salsiccia from DiGregorios Italian Market, bread from Fazios Bakery, potato salad from O'Connels Pub, Pork steaks from Hanlens Meat Market, green beans from Kelly O'Malley, everything else from Lisa Mayer's efforts....expect weight gain. Lisa Mayer will get a donation for Diabetic Alert Dogs So if you know a type 1 diabetic ( preferably a child) let her know

The unsung hero of this regional was Lisa Mayer who worked her tail off cooking, cleaning, serving and generally charming the competitors. A big thank you to all you fine talented and generous shooters ....the Diabetic Alert Dog organization appreciated your generosity. I would be remiss if I didn't give a big thank you to Adam Braverman/ Lapua, Matt Reams/ Sierra Bullets, and Mike Gladson/Ruger for their support and spectacular merchandise donations....these people gave us support to our great delight. All you great shooters were superb and it was an honor to host you....

Oops almost forgot my great target setters...great bunch of crazy kids
