technihly legal for CB as well,(if you can hold them steady
) a spotting scope is not.

Another question on this set up?
Can you see bullet holes at 100 yards? Doing a lot of paper practios at 100 and it is nice to see the hole and does it match my call.

No problem seeing bullet holes at 100 M. No problems at all.
