During practice the other evening, I was doing NPA drills, had just shouldered the rifle, fired prematurely, and dropped the ram I was practicing on! Now, if I just could have done that at the match today!
That's a good thing.....usually premature trigulation leads to projectile dysfunction.........

Trigger finger out of the trigger guard (off the trigger) until you are ready to fire!!! I use the habit of pointing my trigger finger at the target..ie laying alongside the the stock until I'm starting my breath let out prior to the last hold befor the shot is fired.
Kitty, obviously you are spending too much time thinking about medical terms...get your mind out of the gutter man

Is that anything like MOA? I don't think Lilja can help with this one, but maybe it's a bedding problem - tension on the action? Check for crown damage or bore fouling - you may need the ol' rod and brush treatment.

I've found that Bore Tech Rimfire Blend on a pull through patch about once a month cleans out fouling, then use regular oils after every firing to get out residue. Just run that line through the chamber and out the muzzle and pull it on through...
