Good job Bruce! Jerry wasn't doing the counting was he? Something to be proud of, for sure.

Re: Perfect score!
Jerry shot a great score in his on right today at the monthly club match in Baton Rouge with his Target air rifle. He started on pigs and ran the first 39 before missing #40, a chicken. I don't believe a perfect score has ever been fired with a Target air rifle so Jerry will have to keep trying to make history.High Speed wrote:Good job Bruce! Jerry wasn't doing the counting was he? Re: Perfect score!
Bruce owns the Open Air Rifle Club record for a 40 round match at Bent Tree Rifle and Pistol Club in rural Rankin County, MS. The 40 round Open Air Rifle Club record can never be surpassed now. That club record can only be tied and co-holders recognized. Conditions were not easy that day. Bruce was the most excited 55 y/o I have ever witnessed about anything. It was an honor for me to sign that scorecard. The Huddleston family has experienced many good things that enforce the need to continue to hold these matches. This was one of those good things.
