McMillan Stocks and McMillan Rifles being sold
It appears that McMillan Rifles has already been sold and McMillan Stocks is in the process of being sold. Strategic Armory Corp seems to be the purchaser. They also somewhat recently purchased AWC and Surgeon Rifles.

Yep it's true. The Stock Company sale is supposed to be finalized in January, 2014. The Rifle Company was sold about a month ago.
