Greenmill SB match.

Post by Bob Mc Alice »

Just got home from shooting SB at the Greenmill Sportsmans Club range in Erie. GM is about 28 miles NW of Denver. Twelve of us shot in cloudy and cold conditions, about 36 degrees all morning with no wind. We shot with no spotters and had all 12 on the line at once. We got the match done in about 2.5 hours, then the sun comes out while we were picking up targets. We beat the predicted winds for the afternoon. Dave B. won both guns with 35 S and 33 H. Some photos of the match.

How come those chickens look so big? :D

Looks like a nice range, hopefully when I get up there on business we can get out and do a little shooting Bob.

Bob259 you better stop threatening to shoot a match in Colorado and get your butt in gear! Those CO guys don't like a tease.

=)) I know seems like all travel keeps getting canceled, last year was the same way. The economy still isn't picking up and the company keep pulling expenses and travel back. :( To be honest with the hassle anymore on flying and the 'extra' charges I don't miss traveling every week like I used to.

Come on up anytime 259. We will do more than a "little" shooting.
