I did search and found your post and recommendation for the Silhouette rings. But when one carefully reads the description, here is what it says:

SILHOUETTE RINGS
Maximum height with light weight. Available for 1” scope tubes and will fit 11mm factory dovetails. Places the bottom of the scope tube just under 1.5” above the action.

Now, this does not satisfy my criteria, does it?
