2015 World Cup of Silhouette

The entry form for the 2015 World Cup of Silhouette is attached. The deadline to enter is FEBRUARY 14, 2015.
The World Cup of Silhouette is a match-play E-postal silhouette tournament. Competitors will be paired up against one other competitor each month with the best 80-shot score winning the match.
The entry fee is $10 and competitors are guaranteed to stay in the tournament for 3 months.
I anticipate that there will be multiple brackets based upon skill level (not necessarily based on class but very close to that). A class will have a separate bracket if 16 or more competitors in that class enter the tournament. If less than 48 shooters enter, the tournament will be run on one bracket.
Payout
All money collected will be paid out as prize money. Payout structure depends upon whether 48 shooters enter the tournament:
If 48 or fewer shooters enter the tournament, one bracket will be used and payout will be as follows:
48-shooter bracket: 1/3 of total prize money to winner ($160), 1/3 of total prize money divided 5 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the semifinals ($32 each); 1/3 of total prize money divided on random draw 6 ways amongst all shooters who did not make the semifinals ($26.66 each)
32-shooter bracket: 1/3 of total prize money to winner ($106.66), 1/3 of total prize money divided 3 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the semifinals ($35.55 each); 1/3 of total prize money divided on random draw 6 ways amongst all shooters who did not make the semifinals ($17.77 each)
If more than 48 shooters enter the tournament, multiple brackets will be used and payouts will be based only upon finishing position in the bracket (no drawings). The amount of the payouts will be based on the bracket size. For each bracket, payouts will be as follows:
96-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($480), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 5 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket semifinals ($96 each).
64-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($320), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 3 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket semifinals ($106.66 each).
48-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($240), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 5 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket quarterfinals ($48 each).
32-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($160), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 3 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket semifinals ($53.33 each).
24-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($120), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 5 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket quarterfinals ($24 each).
16-shooter bracket: 1/2 of total bracket prize money to bracket winner ($80), 1/2 of total bracket prize money divided 3 ways to each shooter other than the winner who reaches the bracket semifinals ($26.66 each).
Rules:
1.Competitors may fire their matches at any club-level or championship-level match. The only requirements are that the match and score is witnessed and that the match be declared as the competitor's World Cup scoring match BEFORE the match is fired. The match does not have to be an NRA approved or registered match.
2. Each match must be shot with a .22 rifle at 1/5-scale targets set at 40m (chickens), 60m (pigs), 77m (turkeys) and 100m (rams). Variations in distances as listed in the NRA rule book are acceptable.
3. Any .22 rifle may be used; there is no requirement that the rifle meet any NRA or international rules. Scores may be shot with one or more rifles.
4. All shots must be fired from a standing, unsupported position.
5. Matches may be one 80-shot match or a combination of two 40-shot matches. Competitors may fire two 60-shot matches which will be converted into 40-shot matches by hit percentage for WCoS scoring purposes.
6. Scorecard(s) must be signed by the shooter and a witness and photographs of the scorecard(s) must be emailed to [email protected] within a reasonable time after the match is fired.
7. It is the shooter's responsibility to turn in scorecards in a timely manner. The match director WILL NOT hunt a shooter down for scores. Shooters who fail to fire a monthly score or to turn in scores will forfeit the match.
8. To ensure entry in the tournament, entry forms WITH PAYMENT are DUE by February 14, 2015.
