Crosman 1700 with grips and Eotech. Is it legal

I have the problem of being a silhouette shooter at heart but no airgun silhouette shooting around here. I have no one to look to for advice so I bomb everyone here with questions. Just would like to know if the sight and grips are legal. only other mod Im wanting to do is the 1701 trigger assy.
