A quick web search shows:

don't know who this is.

Neither one may have since they don't list stock. As you've found out it's a bad time of year to try and get brass. I bought 500 Rem cases from Midway in October and spent the Winter prepping them. Less than 250 were left after weight sorting, neck sorting, and severe case damage from factory tumbling. Necks ran from 0.0125-0.015. Anything less than 0.013 I got rid of after turning. Most weighed 160-161. I kept the other weights (159-162) for practice. Good news is that I got single digit SD after all that work.

The last batch of Rem brass I had only lasted about 5 shots until the necks spung back enough after sizing to not hold a bullet. I then shot necked up Lapua 243 last year which was still going strong after 6-7 loadings. Next time I'll neck down 308 Lapua and turn the necks to match my chamber.
