I am looking for:
1) 6-24 or comparable
2) AO adjustment, for smallbore silhouette if possible
3) 1/2 MOA dot reticle
4) 1/4 MOA adjustment
5) Turrents that can be re-zeroed w/o a special tool

Did I miss anything?

Does this animal exist without customization, or a second mortgage?

In my opinion, your best bet for a silhouette scope is to buy a used Bushnell 4200 (model numbers listed below) and send it to Bushnell with a check for $55 and have them put a 1/2MOA dot in. I have (3) that I have sent them and am happy with all of them.
Supposedly, these are the only high powered models that they will convert to 1/2MOA dot.
