I'm running the CLA and HP matches at my club next year and have my first rule interpretation question.

Does 3.1(f) mean you can use any aftermarket barrel as long as it is recognised chambering and is dementionaly simular to factory?

I have a older pistol shooter who has been out of the sport for a while and now getting back into it. He remembers the rules being "factory"
barrel but there is some question and I think he wants to get a barrel made that he can't find.

In NRA Hunter Pistol, aftermarket barrels are allowed. Your interpretation is accurate. Your competitor's recollection is accurate as well; the factory requirement was dropped a few years ago.
