Will a weaver grand slam 6x20 stand up to a springer air rifle? Thanks

I know people that use the T-Series Weavers on their TX200's without any issue. Not sure if the variable model is capable of holding up to a springer or not. I would contact Weaver and ask them directly just to be safe.

I have been told by my tuner that the V-16 is a beast and will live quite nicely on top of a 54. I currently have one on a 34. I also have a 40/44 on top of a springer 10 meter gun and it's as happy as a lark. Know nothing about the grand slam models though....
