Does anyone shoot international matches ?

Not sure of your question as it's not clear ? Which of the below did you mean:

1) Does someone travel to shoot silhouette international (as in overseas) in a country that is not theirs?
2) Does someone shoot the sport/game called 'International air rifle Silhouette" ? As in different than the US Air Rifle Silhouette. This can be a valid question as other countries have a lesser power level for airrifles. For example, in Germany, its a 7(?) Joules limit. In the UK it's a 12 ft lb limit.

AFAIK, air rifle silhouette is the same game played around the world (international). I know they play it in Germany and there must be other countries besides the US and Mexico.

Once the above 2 questions are clarified, can a correct answer be provided.
