I have questions about my Leupold BR 24X..... If I send it to Leupold for inspection and possible repair, what's the turnaround time, do ya think?

Jeez...nobody answers my posts! Is it something I said....or did?

on/off...the turnaround time can be as short as same day to 10 days....depends on what is possibly wrong, and how much is in the que. They have been known to turn stuff around in a day.

They have always returned my scopes quickly, but like Mary said, there isn't a definitive answer. Figure on two weeks, depending on transit times, so you can be pleasantly surprised when it comes back early!

I sent in the same model scope back in December. It quit tracking accurately after 12 years of steady use. The repair invoice said both springs got replaced. I got it back two weeks from the day it got shipped. Just like new again.

That's encouraging....thanks, all! (I sent it this afternoon.......insured for $700 bucks {and why not a variable if it gets lost?}.....

Got it back eight days after I shipped it.....inspection, replaced the horizontal adjustment....no charge.....outstanding service!
