Big "70"

70th birthday today. Beautiful Wyoming fall day, Lovely Bride and I took a short road trip the 75 miles from Lander up to the little mountain town of Dubois. Tall peaks of the Wind Rivers and the towering spires and crags of the Absarokas are capped with fresh snow, but the Wind River valley trees are just starting to turn. Had lunch in a little funky hole-in-the-wall eatery called the Cowboy Cafe, been there since the 1930's or so. Listened to the Denver game on the way home, for what it was worth . Some good friends are coming over to dinner this evening. Feeling great, no big problems, still able to shoot silhouettes , getting ready to head for sunny Arizona next week. For 70, life is pretty darn good, just wanted to share.
