Weaver T24 weight vs EFR 6.5-20
Can anyone tell me how much the new t24s weigh?
I'm currently running a 6.5-20EFR but am interested in trying a T24 with a 1/2 moa dot (plus a little extra magnification).
Also are they fitting 1/4 or 1/8 clicks and what elevation is available on a full turn of the adjustments (as I don't like having to make more than a whole turn if possible - my prejudice I know, but I have seen it make a world of pain for people at times when they've got 'lost').
thanks,
Nigel.

The T-24 will be arround 1-1/2 to 2oz lighter than your Luepold with a weight of 16oz. It is available with 1/2 minute dot and 1/4 minute clicks and has close to 18 minutes per revolution.
Good luck to you, Paul

EFR Weight
EFR is 16 oz per Leupoold and by my scale 16.1. Midway and others post the weight as 19 oz

Nigel, find one while you can. For some stupid unknown reason, Weaver is discontinuing the T24 1/2dot 1/4click scopes. IIRC, the only T24's they are going to continue are the fine duplex 1/8click glossies.
Usually shooting scores right in class, too bad its the class below my classification!

My T24 weighs 16.3 ounces with the standard turrets on and the turret covers off. If you would like to know what it weighs with the turret covers on or with the larger target knobs that it comes with, let me know. I have an extra T24 that's not on a gun right now so it would just take a second to weigh it.
