What equipment do you use to reload for HP silhouette?

After reading the other thread about reloading equipment, it got me thinking about how I never shoot shotgun matches anymore and could turn my shotshell reloading gear into better rifle cartridge reloading gear. Here is the equipment that I currently use in order that I use them. It's pretty much just a Rocker Chucker kit with a few extras. Click on each item for more info.
RCBS Universal Reloading Tray
Hornady One Shot Case Lube
Redding Competition Bushing 3-Die Neck Sizer Set with a carbide bushing (borrowed and need to get my own die set)
Lee case trimmer that I use with my cordless drill and Ball Grip
RCBS Chamfer and Deburring Tool
Lee Primer Pocket Cleaner
Frankford Arsenal Quick-N-EZ Case Tumbler Kit
RCBS Hand Priming Tool
RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure (not particularly consistent, especially with the RL15 powder)
Frankford Arsenal Micro Reloading Electronic Powder Scale with the RCBS Scale Pan from my RCBS 505 Powder Scale
<seat bullet with die from above set>
Frankford Arsenal Electronic Caliper
That's pretty much my whole setup. I'm planning on placing an order within the next day or two so I can get some heavier ram bullets, so I might throw a couple extra items on the order if you can suggest some. I am already going to add a flash hole deburrer and uniformer. Which one is a good one? I can't really complain about the quality of the ammo produced by my current setup, as it combined with the rifle that I won at the Conard Cup shoots amazingly well all the way to 500 meters with the load that Gary Malmberg gave me and no load development for this particular rifle. It just takes a long time to use, especially to prep new brass.
What is your current setup for reloading for HP silhouette? Where would my money be spent best to improve the speed/consistency of my current setup? The money for a new progressive press might be hard to come by until I sell off some of my shotshell reloading gear, and I need to pick up my own die set soon, too. That may mean that a new press has to wait for a while. If I can make a list of stuff to have eventually, I can keep an eye out for a good deal.
Thanks for any advice or experience you can share.
