Hunter class barrel profile and length.
Hi, sorry for all the questions. I'll be picking up a Stevens in 7mm08 tomorrow and will order a barrel from Pac-Nor ASAP. I want to keep the gun within the weight class. What do you recommend for this game also if I can get okay steady with the junk stock i may upgrade to a Mark Pharr, unsure of the weight differences there. What twist rate is best? Thanx.

I'll keep and use the flimsy for hunting if it shoots okay. I'm not sure about the ease of shipping gun parts to the U.S. Homeland security has really made it a PITA to get stuff up here, even scopes, so no gaurantees.sobrbiker883 wrote:How much do you want for the take-off barrel???
