Those familiar with RBR Award Pins website, is there a way to register? I clicked on Register but was sent to a login page. I tried the "Lost your password" link and it purportedly sent an email as if I was registered. I didn't receive an email.
The last time I did business with them it was on the phone.

I've always heard to just do business with them over the phone.

I just did an order about a month ago. I placed the order by using the web page but followed up with an email listed on the contact information. Got a response and an order in a timely fashion.

I called and left a message. My call was returned within the hour.
