Notes for the Match
 If you wish to change your entry (switch from scope to iron etc., or your classification has changed) please contact me via email or give me a call.
 The deadline to enter is firm. It takes a lot of upfront work to put these matches on and the directors need time to do so. Last minute changes create much undue stress. We cannot refund monies after the deadline (unless the match is cancelled). We spend money in advance on lots of different things. We can’t afford to give money back at the last minute. Please withdraw before the deadline if you have too. We certainly hope you don’t and look forward to seeing you there.
 The 22 match and the Big Bore match will stand on their own. No entry fee funds will be transferred from one match to the other.
 We will not have a meal on Saturday evening, based on the responses last year.
