Daisy,
For the 7mm-08, I've been using ~36.0 grains ( give or take a few tenths) of Varget (I think it's your ADI 2208 powder) with 140 grain bullets for C,P,T. For Rams, 41.8 grains of Varget propelling Sierra 168 gr, HPBT Match King bullets works great.
I hope this info helps,

Both my 7-08's use Varget also. Sierra 130MK 36.0 grs........Sierra 168MK 39.5grs... Here is a link to the Hodgdon Powder Loading Data....follow the directions and select 7-08 for load data...very extensive load info.

Thanks Joaquin & Bob,
Those loads for the 134 & 140 pills are about 4 grains lower then the start loads so I probably would never have tried them. I'll give them a go when get my gun.
Thanks again
Daisy
Also try AR2209

Daisy,
you can also try 2209 if the 2208 ones don't suit your rifle, although I can vouch for the 2208 loads mentioned.
I think Con and Heinous Dave True use about 42-44gn of '09, but you should check with them. Juddy has also had good results with similar loads.
regards,
Nigel.
