Do you recognize this powder?

I've been reloading .30-30 spent brass with Varget. Then I decided to pull the bullets from my large stock of Fiocchi .30-30 ammo. I'm thinking of lightening the load with the same powder Fiocchi used. Do you recognize their powder? It looks round and flat but not flaky thin. The scale in the magnifier is 0.5mm and 1/16".

Most likely it's some sort of canister powder that we don't get over the counter.
Would be a better thing to just reload your empties with a different powder, such as using the youth load data Hogdon's provides for 4895.

It is a Spherical (ball) powder which to me screams "do not reduce". It may be forgiving if reduced. It may be a major problem if reduced. When you find out how it behaves it will be in your hands next to your head. Not worth the risk.

For what it's worth, it's not balls. It's wafers.
