That rifle is priced much higher than the normal market value for a 64MS. If it included a reasonably good scope the price would be fair.
The bargain on TT right now is the HW97K that could possibly have a tune. Even without a tune it is a bargain. A few shots through the chronograph and just a few shots standing will tell you if it has a tune and how good the tune is.
