Steelchickens.com has attempted to provide the Silhouette community a place to congregate and pool our knowledge, for new and old shooters alike.

Now we'd like to start Phase II which is going to require your involvement. Below is a link to a simple article written by us that we want you to submit to your local Sportmans club newsletters, Gun club newsletters, Sports section, 4-H newletters, you name it.

The article is a simple Word document with some pictures in it. If the publisher wants the pictures separate, there is another link below.

The goal here is to leverage the internet into getting new shooters engaged, involved and interested while promoting our shooting ranges, matches and the Silhouette sports.

I have submitted the article to the Washington Arms Collectors - they said look for it in the November issue of their newsletter.

I also submitted it to the Tacoma Sportsmens Club Bulletin which should be published later this month.

I'll submit it to ours locally for the next newsletter.

Here's the Tacoma Sportsman's Club Bulletin newsletter. It has the article published along with the match results for the month. It just gives an idea of the how you can give a bump to the sport!
