Rifle and full set up for 7x47 Lapua price drop

Mark built this rifle for me a few years back. I think I have 10 - 20 rounds though it. Id like to sell it all as a set, but Ill entertain offers. Bullets go as a full lot so does brass (total price on those include shipping). Rifle and Scope include shipping as well.

I have a question. Why would someone go all this way building the rifle in a wild cat calibre and then selling the entire set up? It does not look like a positive selling feature.

Only the scope is sold.
Warbird- I shot with my ex-wife. Now I don’t shoot silhouette any more.
