Hey shootmore,
I take it from the description of the barrel "Bull barrel" that it is NOT tapered and therefore does not meet Hunter Rifle rules?

That barrel definitely looks like it's tapering right in front of the receiver.

Yeah, I saw that, but it could get to a spot then be straight from there to the muzzle - therefore not be "A hunting style contoured barrel that tapers from chamber to muzzle."

The barrel tapers, other than maybe weight, it will be legal for hunter class. The chamber to muzzle thing is to stop a reverse taper from being used.
