The NRA is continuing their recent desire to have experienced Match Directors run the National Silhouette Championships. For 2018, Jeanne Ring has been selected to head these matches. Jeanne is an avid silhouette competitor and match director in the Oklahoma area. Her and husband, Glenn, also travel to other matches in adjacent states. I saw her named for every announced national so I would assume all of them I suppose.

Obviously, the objective of my reply was missed. My pet peeve on this forum is ambiguous references to disciplines as in the example of the title:
"SB Natiionals Match Director"
In this example there are at least 7 different possible "SB Natiionals":
Smallbore Rifle
Smallbore Hunting Rifle
Smallbore Cowboy Rifle
Smallbore Hunter's Pistol
Smallbore Hunter's Pistol M.S.
SBP Standing
SBP Unlimited Standing
Plus all the paper punching, non-Silhouette Nationals:
All the different prone matches
1800: 1800-pt. match
2700: 2700-pt. match
3200: 3200-pt. match
6400: 6400-pt. match
3P: 3-Position
4P: 4-Position
Also looming out there is the "precision rimfire" smallbore National Matches since that is becoming popular.
I wish folks on this forum would specify exactly what discipline they are referring right off the bat so the rest of us would know what they are talking about.
Oh, there is another possible smallbore "Nationals" that I forgot: .22BPCR that could be called smallbore.

I may be wrong , but I thought SMALLBORE was only for STANDARD and HUNTER ...
I didn't know it applied to COWBOY ... unless it starts with the designation ... COWBOY ?
Also , what is PRECISION SMALLBORE ?

Being that this question was posed under the "Smallbore Rifle " heading, I assumed it was meant for Smallbore Hunter and Smallbore Standard Silhouette. Now, If this question was posed under the "Cowboy Lever Action or Blackpowder & 22BPRC" I would have assumed it was for those disciplines.

22bpcr is a separate thing not affiliated with the NRA, altho a person must be an NRA member to enter the national match.
It is governed more by committee than a single person.
