Max scope height

I could use some suggestions for achieving max scope height on my two rifles.
Hunter rifle. This one is a stock Ruger 10/22. What combination of rings/bases can I use to get the maximum height of 1.5 inches from the bottom of the scope tube to the top of reciever?
Standard rifle. A Remington 540 XR. What combination of rings/bases can I use to get the maximum height of 2 inches from the bottom of the scope tube to the top of reciever?
I'm sure someone on this forum has already worked this out. Thanks in advance for your help.
