6.5 Creedmoor- new build
G'day Folks
Just had a new rifle built in 6.5 Creedmoor. Usually to shoot 7-08 but health issues have made me go this way, looking for less blast and recoil. Had a look through a lot of old posts, just looking for any updates from people using one at the moment. Current load trends, etc.
Thanks.

Thanks Pete.
Still waiting for the paperwork required here but the rifle is ready to pick up.
Thought I could get some loads ready in the meantime.

I would load a few test loads before going into production. A grain or 2 may make a difference. Anything at 2600 to 2650 with a 142 will take the rams. The other 3 are not a problem with the 107s at 2600.

Yeah Jerry, I would only load a few. No sense putting a bunch together and finding out they don't work. Just looking to have some starter loads ready to go when I get the rifle home.

Pete's load would be a good place to start. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to guns.
