This is a Savage Anschutz 164 Sporter. It is a laser of a shooter. I've never had issues keeping it well under an inch at 100M. There is a 20MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail attached allowing much convenience with scope mounting. The stock has been weighted and balanced. The barrel channel was lined with carbon fiber afterwards (see below). The rifle weighs 6lbs 12oz as it sits now. Trigger tuned to a crisp 2lbs.
