Sold new in box VE 3 6.5X20 40mm EFR Target

I have a new in box Leupold scope VX3 6.5x20 EFR with target dot matt finish, 2015 scope that is now discontinued. Sold. shipped to lower 48. Need NF for long range reason for selling. Thanks for looking.

Is it a standard dot or is it one of the Leupold custom shop's .006" dot?
Does it have a rubber eyepiece or is the back of the eyepiece all metal?
