327 Federal / .32 H&R Magnum
Just curious.....is anyone using either of these cartridges for IHMSA field pistol or NRA hunter? If so, how do they perform?

Years ago in the hay day of hunters pistol we had a guy here in PA that shot a 32 Mag and you had better of been on your game if you were goon beat him. He also won the AAA Class in open site at the Nationals with it. I do not know his loads but he usually was a cast bullet shooter.

Back in the day when we had an NRA pistol silhouette program at our range, I used a 10" Contender in .32 H&R Mag. Great caliber for hunter pistol, and super accurate. The TC barrel is a .308 bore, and if I recall, the 100 gr. Speer Plinker was my bullet of choice.
