Tuning the 5018 and 5022 triggers

I recently purchased one of the Hybrid 1712/5018 sporters offered by Anschutz USA with the idea of building a Hunter Class rifle. Turns out the trigger is not the 5022 as I had thought but the 5 oz 5018. That of course will not work for my purpose. So... what is your preferred way of tuning these triggers? Will simply switching to factory 5022 springs be sufficient, or are there aftermarket springs and or modification that are preferred? If so, who is the go to person for such work?

BTW: I am in communication with Anschutz USA and they are as nice as they can be, but before I send the trigger down there for factory parts I would like to know if more is required for the perfect Hunter class trigger. I don't want to end of sending it to three different places if I can help it.

Thanks!

I usually have Neal Stepp at ISS in Fort Worth work on my Anschutz triggers, great turnaround and he's been doing it for years.
Give him a a call at 877-595-2090 an tell him what you need.

Thank you, I will do that.

Do you have a preferred way you like them set up? If I remember right my last one was set at 1 lb 10 oz first stage and about 10 oz in the second. Does that sound right?
