Funny, tomorrow it's Bonner, Guru and I squaded together, you don't think there will be any ribbing going on do you! ;) Bob mr. 7-08, Dave the 6.5 dude, myself with the toy 6mm, no...were all good.
Winds are supposed to be howling tomorrow BTW 15+mph and 90 degrees, nice.

The wind will give us something to lean on. And there's nothing like blowing dust to help a rifle shoot better.

Kev.......... the wind doesn't blow at CRC. Does it?

Make sure Dave doesn't try to shoot thoes short 6.5s in his 260 again. Someone needs to keep an eye on him. =))

No wind to speak of yesterday at CRC. During the windiest part of the day my wind meter recorded a whopping gust of 6.9 mph and the average was about 4. Most of the day the wind conditions were almost calm.

Too bad Kev did not get to witness such perfect conditions!!

You know, more often than not we get really nice shooting conditions out on the prairie.....LIKE YESTERDAY. You missed a fun match, Kevin. Don't listen to the weather wizards as they are wrong most of the time. I will post a match report tonight in the Clubhouse...where it belongs. Sorry for such a major derailment from the original question, Glen. But this is SC after all, to be expected. :)

It kills me that your shop is so spotless!

Now that your brass is clean, you can let the shop get dirty. :)

Well that brass is never gonna shoot now. That carbon on your necks was the only thing keeping your old dirty brass from splitting! :))

So much for that "brass impregnated with carbon" theory!
How many 7-08 rifles and rounds are you taking to the dynamite shoot this weekend? If those guy's would run that before hunting seasons I would like to go and experience it for myself.

One 700 with a 6.5-20X Leupold on the top, a Douglas barreled number that clusters 120 gr. V-max's into dime size groups at chickens. Just the ticket for lighting up pop cans stuffed with explosives at long range. 8) I will take 200 rds, 50 being 168's for the 500 yd. off hand targets. I had it out this past Sunday checking zeros. I'm getting excited! :D KABOOM!!!!

Kevin, trust me on this: You will forget all about hunting after attending this shoot. :D Psssst, Bonner needs rider to split costs. Sara and I will be heading over on Thursday to try and beat the mountain snow predicted on Friday.
