Trent, You will enjoy shooting on the 6.5 side. There is no Gurus to deal with, and the biggest plus when you go over to a 6.5 shooters house there is no goats or sheep tied up in the front yard, with names no less (Sunday, Monday, Tues. ect) if you get my meaning!

JB, you mean he has gone to tethering goats at his new place? I surprised he didn't bring along some hairy tailed rats. Guess I'll have to check it out myself.

I never did mind the goats. I am a big fan of goat cheese so I found that a plus. But one day I surprised the Guru as he was "tending" his sheep and I found it a little unsporting of him to be wearing Velcro gloves. I was willing to look the other way at how he dressed his sheep.

Hey Trent, his flight to NZ the last time must have taken him through OZ for a day or two...that is the only place I know he would have learned to use the Velcro gloves.

McAlice, I hate to point out the painfully obvious but Trent is posting about going from a 7mm to a 6.5, you getting wacked in a shoot off with your own rifle, and he is posting pics of your gal Friday, don't look now but I would say that you have lost one of your students!

Poor Bob...... haha, maybe ill become a student of his, as long as he gets rid of the goats, then ill consider it. i am thinking about building a 7-08 for a hunting rifle for small blacktailed deer here. i dont want to use my HP hunter rifle cartridge cause it will do alot more damage then the meager 7-08

i find your admission of a broken heart about your student disturbing....more closet material? However since the goat roping and "Goatru" talk it has dawned on me that McAlice , the man from Colorado is more properly "The Shepard of the Hills" BAAAAAAAA means NOOOOOO
