I have been playing with reduced ram loads with 180gr VLD bullets for C and Ps (bullets with .700 bc at 2200) but wanted to see what lighter bullet(s) 7mm shooters were using at what velocity.

Turkey's and rams get a 180gr VLD (bc of .700) at 2500 fps. I usually shoot the ram load at the turkeys to try and beat the wind.

The old girl is at the gun doctors and will come back to life as a 7/08.
It seems like a very popular cal and I can just steal ammo from Ramslammer if I want to shot the 100 mound.

I would think it rather scarry stealing from someone when both are holding a rifle. The 7mm08 is a good choice tho. don
