I'm still around. I qute posting to the thread, because arguing with Masterbator is like arguing with a 3 year old. I told him I'd see him in Raton, but would much rather he make the trip to Winnie where we could set up a real grudge match......Maybe chickens at 100m ?

Kitty,
Grudges will add to the "bookends" you referred to in another posting, let it go man, your pride is fine.
Gator,
What is an Oxymoron???? You know they don't teach them words in a Public Admin agenda. But then I'm not a bleeding heart liberal gun hater either, so I'm not sure how I survived, other than at graduation I discovered that the new department head had shot at Perry in her youth with her father.
Limey,
Will check out the listing, personally I prefer to think of myself as one of the birds that helps the vultures eat... ie opens the carcass as the local black and red head versions can not open a carcass themselves. Either an eagle or a Caracara cheriway steps in to assist in this matter.
Need a good cup a tea to go with this meal, raining here.
Cheers

I think as long as they have good eyesight, (if you can't see um you can't hit um), They take you. After all it seems you can always find someone's lap to sit on. (Sorry if you

Limey,
The snow must be altering your sense of Latin!!! "Caracara cheriway"
a striking handsome looking South American bird that has crept into Florida. Make the Eagles look small when they are all on a Gator carcass!!!! Maybe that was possum or coon but what the hell, still a carcass.

Jason,
Great picture I will note that when standing erect the birds black top points back and gives the impression of a crest, the the common name crested caracara. They are an impressive bird to watch in person.

Oxymoron, combination of two seemingly contradictory or incongruous words, as in the line by the English poet Sir Philip Sidney in which lovers are said to speak

Gator,
Seems to be some liberal translation in the poetry. I'll have to check into them other big words!!! Now what is an oxymoron between Innocent and Mary????
I'd better stop there before I get thrown off steel chickens....
The nickname with some of the IPSC guys locally pertains to something like Immaculate Conception Mary, as the other Mary that shot with us was childless at the time. And we are about the same in stature and personality so various other names did not fit well.

Gator,
I do not see what is contradictory between Innocent and Mary, unless you go to the Virgin Mary.
This should really confuse you.

steel_ram,
How about coming down South for the Southern Nats the first weekend of June? I will order up some extra cool weather for you!
By the way, we are under way getting the roof of the firing line insulated! this should make things better this year. We are also redisigning the shooting station rests to make them better. If anyone has some photos of individual rests that they want to send me, please do as we have not got a design ready.
Donnie is hard at work on the menu. We are looking for a recipe for Vultures and possibly Opposum!
Where are Evilio and Paul on this thread? I guess that they know when they have met their match with the BS!
