Flying into Portland is the best way to get there. Airport is a lot easier to get around in, I think drive time is shorter, and the trafic is much lighter. I will be landing about 10:30 on Friday and try to collect crackers for Mary.

Mini Kitty and I are flying into Portland and driving in on the 27th late will arrive in the early am 28th....28th will be fun day, see the sights and acclimate....look forward to seeing everyone...am bringing warm clothes this time.

I don't know what the weather will be next weekend, but this winter/spring has been unusually wet and cold. We have set records for low temps and rainfall, and I drove in sub-35 degree temps with rain/snow mix on the way to work just before 6am every day but today this week. Bring extra layers.

Better pack the rain jacket too! I moved away from PacWest back in 1991 when I left for the Navy. My webbed feet are long gone.
