They blamed some of it on the new computer system, but they were great with the old one and never a screw up. I say it's new people and the bean counters ruined another great American company....

That is happening to many companies in the US. Federal and Remington just to name two. The dumb bastards worry about next month and not the reputation the company is getting with shody products and service.

Joe - There is no reason for you to be with out your scope for 3 weeks... request that they send you a overnight label, give them one day to fix it, and request that it be sent back overnight... 3-4 days max. Shoot me an e-mail if you want some help with it and I will do what I can.
