Has the action been trued? Lugs lapped? Threads recut?

What is the length and profile of the barrel?

Thanks!

The only specifics that I have when I purchased rifle two years ago is that this rifle was a Steve wooster build with new barrel 1:8 twist. I have put about 500 rounds through if that. I will try to get more information

That would be great Frank, thanks.

It looks to be a Krieger Remington Varmint taper but I would not expect that to be fluted as that profile will make weight for Standard Rifle so maybe it was used for a Hunter Rifle but it does not look to be tapered.

Can you weight the barreled action as it is?

It looks as though the bolt handle may be drilled/lightened, can't tell from the pic.

Steve I got info barrel is #5 contour, action was trued and lugs lapped.
I used as hunter with a Pharr stock and was under weight limit. Barreled action as is weighs 5lb 7.5 ounce

With the profile you stated I would expect it to be a bit lighter. Hard to tell how deep the flutes are though.

What is the twist of the barrel?

It looks really nice!!!
