need to scale rimfire cowboy lever action target templates,recomended steel thickness hardness,base size, can anyone help?

Should be able to find all you need here, scale drawings (below the book), sizes etc in the pages in the folder.

Thank You,any suggestions on material thickness,hardness;for cowboy lever rimfire only targets?
