Pa State Cowboy matches

Post by cslcAl »

If you have been trying to get rooms for this match and are having trouble it's because the Little League World Series is the same weekend. OPPS, my bad. I forgot it's two weeks now. There is a new Comfort Inn just opened up next to the Econolounge, and they have rooms available. You have to call and ask for Judy; don't try online. The number is 570-601-9300. If you didn't know the match dates are August 29 & 30. at Consolidated Sportsmen of Lycoming Co. near Williamsport, PA. Please pass the word in your area. Al Foust

Good weekend at the State Shoot. Al Foust and the rest of his team did good job running the match. He also did a good job shooting, hopefully he'll be able to give a full recap. The winners were Brian Wakefield SB, Al Foust PC and Agg., Derrick Greenaway CLA.

Al,Congrats on your win....it is difficult to run and shoot a match at the same time. Nice looking dust collector BTW.

Thanks Mary. I have had a lot of those made up for a lot of state matches, and they always went home with someone else. You can see in the picture I have a firm grip on this one. It was special to win it at home. Al

No, but it has a new home on the bar in my basement.

The girls fell short in CLA; but did set records with 128's each in SCR and PCLA
